The Free Shipping offer applies to Mississaugahardware.com online orders only.

  • The Free Shipping offer is subject to change without notice.
  • To qualify for free shipping, your order must total $149 or more before any taxes are added
  • Free shipping applies only to shipping addresses within Canada. (Excluding Northwest Territories, Nunavut & Yukon Territory)
  • Oversize or heavy items are not  eligible for Free Shipping. 
  • Orders that are picked up in store instead of receiving Free shipping will not receive any additional discount
  • Free shipping will not apply if any purchase of an eligible item is cancelled, resulting in a total purchase of less than $149.

HOW AND WHEN PARCEL SHIPPING ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AND DELIVERED

  • Orders are shipped directly to the shipping address you have provided which must be registered to the credit card used to make the purchase.
  • Orders being shipped to a PO box will be shipped via Canada Post and may not weigh more than 50lbs
  • Orders are shipped via standard ground shipping usually within 1 business day from the time your order is placed.
  • We ship most orders via UPS ground but reserve the right to change couriers at any time
  • Delivery time of the shipment will depend on which province we are shipping to.
  • Normally, shipment(s) are scheduled to arrive Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm local time.
  • If you are not home to accept your shipment, a shipping notification card with further details will be issued as all deliveries require a signature.
  • Multiple items may be shipped separately due to size or availability and may arrive at different times.

International Orders - Import Duties and Customs 

We love receiving orders from around the globe. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you are aware of the following when placing an order from outside Canada.

Any shipment outside Canada may have import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied on the products. In this case, the customer/receiver is responsible  for paying the fees levied by the local customs authorities. Mississauga Hardware does not receive these fees and is not responsible for them in any way.

We recommend that you assess expected taxes and duties prior to placing your order in an effort to avoid any surprises.
